We especially liked the ambience of the areas of the hotel we used. The staff were all lovely and helpful without being intrusive or distant. The quality of the food was good, well prepared and fresh. The continental breakfat was especially good on all counts. This was my second visit and the room had a lovely view of Chinor ridge and fields. It was clean ,comfortable and spacious. We took our Yorkie who was made a fuss of. We had to eat in special places with the dog but that is right and absolutely ok with us. We were not far from the brakfast bar and in the evening(we eat early) just to the side of the restaurant.I Was so pleased they take pets. Its position just off Junction 6 of the m40 is fantastic.

I think like most people who stay away and are not on business I like to find out about the local area. I would like more leaflets. I would have liked to see more newspapers. More choice of puddings, maybe fresh fruit. I felt the dinner plates were still smeared from the dishwasher. As you can see nothing major just little things but overall I would return.

well placed for motorway but in a quiet location. Good food, comfortable spacious room. Continental breakfast was excellent with wide range of delicious food. ( see below)

Perhaps someone could keep a closer eye on the continental breakfast as many items had run out by 8-30 so we had a limited choice, however it had been completely refilled by 8-50 when we were leaving

See above. It was awful. Lights, showers, extractors etc didn't work and were not fixed. We asked for a quiet room and were over the bar at the front right next to a main road. The gardens are a mass of weeds. The whole place had an air of decline. Avoid the bars in the evenings at all costs.

The bed was super comfy and the rooms in the new wing are spacious, quiet and tastefully decorated. Modern and beautifully designed bathroom too! Book it and you won't be disappointed.

A good location for "The Garsington Opera Festival at Wormsley" Hotel facilities were good.

They got the booking wrong. We ordered a twin room and they allocated a double room. They changed it without hesitation, though!

The staff were very accomodating and did everything possoble to make our group stay a success. The food was really good as well as being good value. It was a great location to do a walk in the Chilterns.

It was very conveient for our visit to Garsington Opera at Wormsley and provided good confortable accomodation at a reasonable price; this is an Inn and should not be compared with a luxury hotel where you might expect more and two or three times as much. Staff were very helpful and dealt with a extremely difficult situation, when the all electricity failed in the area at breakfast time, excellently

    No significant complaints

The cleanness and width of the room is excellent. We always ask for the new building because we think it is better than the main building. Internet (Free) signal strong and there is cable to connect. There is 2 free bottle of mineral water (sparkling and still) in the room which gives you a good feeling of the service.

The fan of the bathroom keeps on moving for a while after turning the switch off. It's quite loud and bothering.

Beautiful location with really welcoming staff. Rooms were spacious & clean with everything we needed in them.

The beds was very soft but that's down to personal preference.

It was quiet, nicely located for my meetings around the UK and family close by. Very clean, good value for money and peaceful.

the welcome and ease of ordering food anywhere within the bar/restaurant,the welcoming open fire, the quality of the food.

the air conditioning unit in my room was excessively noisy

Very friendly staff who help and assist at every opportunity. The hotel has a cozy seating area with open fires, so relaxing isn't a problem. A nice touch was the homemade biscuits with the hospitality tray and tasty homemade biscoti which came with hot drinks.

We did request a room within the hotel as it has masses of character, fantastic room but draughty, on a particular cold evening the radiators found it difficult trying to keep the room warm. However the hotel has an additional refurbished wing near the spa.
